What is CRM on SuperReceptionist?

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It filters and views customer records based on customer status, name, or phone number.

This tab can be found under SuperReceptionist panel right next to 'Calls & SMS'. Here are the uses of CRM on your web app:

  1. It gives an identity to your customers and makes the filtration process easy for the user

  2. It records interactions with customers

  3. It helps set follow-up reminders

  4. It helps export and import customer lists within the CRM

  5. It helps in creating distinct phone books when you want to run your own campaign.

Here are the steps to understand the CRM tab on your SuperReceptionist account:

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to 'CRM' >> 'Customer Tab'

  • Click on ‘Add/import Customers’ to add the customer’s number

  • Select ‘Import Customer’ if you want to add bulk/multiple numbers

  • You can upload a file in ‘.CSV’ format to upload the multiple customer’s records in bulk

  • Click on ‘Upload’ to save the data in CRM Tab

  • Select ‘Add Customer’ if you want to add the mobile number for a specific customer

  • Update the details ‘Name, number, email id, company name, and status’.

  • Click ‘Save’ to save the details

  • You can add multiple mobile numbers under a single customer record.

  • Click on the below icon next to 'Follow up' box to select the date & time of follow up

  • You can add the 'Notes' in the ‘comment box’

  • Select the 'Date & time' from the calendar window

  • Click on ‘Save & Close’ to save the details
